Tamil Nadu Chief Minister C Joseph Vijay is scheduled to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi on Wednesday to discuss issues related to the state.
The visit marks the Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam chief’s maiden official trip to the national capital after assuming office earlier this month.
Though the detailed itinerary of the visit has not been officially released, sources said Vijay is expected to depart from Chennai airport on a 10 am flight to Delhi.
The meeting between the two leaders is expected to focus on key matters concerning Tamil Nadu and Centre-state relations.
