New Delhi: President Droupadi Murmu on Monday presented the country’s prestigious Distinguished Service Awards at the Defence Investiture Ceremony-II held at Rashtrapati Bhavan.
The awards presented included the Param Vishisht Seva Medal (PVSM), Ati Vishisht Seva Medal (AVSM), Sarvottam Yudh Seva Medal (SYSM) and Uttam Yudh Seva Medal (UYSM), honouring personnel of the Armed Forces for their exceptional and distinguished service to the nation.
Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar and Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh were among the dignitaries who attended the ceremony held at Rashtrapati Bhavan.
