Gold prices in Kerala witnessed a decline on Wednesday, with the rate of 22-carat (916) gold falling by ₹115 per gram.
According to the latest market rates, the price of 22-carat (916) gold stands at ₹12,905 per gram, while the price for 8 grams (one sovereign) is ₹1,03,240.
The rate for 18-carat gold is ₹10,660 per gram, with 8 grams priced at ₹85,280.
Meanwhile, silver is being sold at ₹240 per gram, and ₹1,920 for 8 grams.
The revised prices reflect the latest market trend, with gold becoming slightly cheaper following the ₹115-per-gram reduction.
