New Delhi: Air India has announced plans to resume international flight services that were suspended due to the conflict in West Asia. The airline said it aims to fully restore its international operations as the regional situation stabilises.
Earlier, the carrier had suspended more than 100 international flights, citing disruptions caused by the conflict and fuel-related operational challenges.
Meanwhile, Air India Express has also announced its first-ever direct international flights connecting Northeast India with West Asia. The new services will operate from Guwahati Airport in Assam to Dubai and Abu Dhabi, marking a significant milestone in improving international connectivity for the region.
