President Droupadi Murmu on October 27, 2026, received Hereditary Prince Alois and Hereditary Princess Sophie of Liechtenstein at Rashtrapati Bhavan and hosted a banquet in their honour.
Welcoming the royal couple, Murmu highlighted growing cooperation between India and Liechtenstein in trade, investment, science, technology, innovation and culture. She stressed the importance of strengthening economic ties amid global geopolitical and economic uncertainties.
