KANNUR: Former CPM leader and Payyannur MLA V. Kunjikrishnan has alleged that the CPIM has failed to learn any lessons from its heavy defeat in the Kerala Assembly elections.
Criticising the party’s leadership, Kunjikrishnan said the CPIM was attempting to “cover up its failures instead of addressing them.” He claimed the party was avoiding introspection despite the electoral setback.
He also demanded that T.I. Madhusoodanan be removed from the Dhanaraj Martyrs’ Day observance, stating that he should not be associated with the commemorative programme.
Kunjikrishnan made the remarks while speaking to the media, intensifying his criticism of the CPIM leadership and its handling of internal party affairs.
