New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday hosted India’s outstanding medal winners from the Commonwealth Games 2026 at 7, Lok Kalyan Marg and interacted with the athletes about their experiences at the Games.
The Prime Minister praised the athletes for their exceptional performances, saying their achievements are a matter of immense pride for the entire nation.
Modi said the athletes’ success would inspire and motivate many youngsters to take up sports and pursue excellence.
In a post on X, the Prime Minister said he was delighted to host the country’s medal winners and hear about their experiences from the Games.
“Each one of them has made our nation proud through their exceptional performances. Their success will motivate many youngsters,” he said.
