New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday extended his best wishes to the Indian contingent as the Commonwealth Games Glasgow 2026 officially got underway.
In a message shared on social media platform X, the Prime Minister expressed confidence that Indian athletes would compete with passion, determination and a spirit of excellence throughout the Games.
Modi said he was confident that the contingent would represent the country with distinction and make the nation proud through their performances on the international stage.
