New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday congratulated Indian Wushu athlete Naorem Roshibina Devi after she secured the Silver medal in the Women’s Sanda 60kg event.
Highlighting her consistent performance on the international stage, Modi noted that Roshibina has now won medals at three consecutive Asian Games, describing the feat as a significant achievement.
The Prime Minister praised her courage, determination and consistency, saying these qualities have distinguished her sporting journey.
In a post on X, the Prime Minister’s Office congratulated Roshibina on her silver medal and extended best wishes for her future competitions.
