Thiruvananthapuram: Dr. T. Sajitha Rani has been appointed as the new Vice-Chancellor of the Kerala Agricultural University (KAU).
The appointment was notified by the Secretariat of the Governor, who serves as the Chancellor of the University, through an official order issued on June 27.
Dr. Sajitha Rani is currently serving as the Dean of the College of Agriculture, Vellanikkara. She succeeds the previous Vice-Chancellor and is expected to lead the university in strengthening academic excellence, research, and agricultural innovation.
Kerala Agricultural University is one of the state’s premier institutions dedicated to agricultural education, research, and extension activities.
