BJP Hits Back at Rahul Gandhi Over NEET Leak Remarks, Accuses Him of Politicising Issue

The Bharatiya Janata Party on Saturday strongly criticised Rahul Gandhi over his remarks on the NEET paper leak controversy, accusing the Congress leader of politicising a sensitive issue affecting lakhs of students.

BJP national media co-incharge Sanjay Mayukh described Rahul Gandhi’s comments as “extremely unfortunate, insensitive and politically motivated” and urged him not to exploit the anguish of students and parents for political gains.

In a statement, Mayukh alleged that Rahul Gandhi was attempting to create confusion through “baseless allegations” and using the controversy to further his political agenda.

“This is not the time to exploit the pain and anxiety of students. Rahul Gandhi should stop indulging in petty politics and introspect first,” the BJP leader said.

The sharp exchange comes amid continuing political debate over alleged irregularities and the paper leak controversy linked to the NEET examination, which has triggered concern among students and parents across the country.
