Adityanath pays tribute to freedom fighter Khudiram Bose on death anniversary

Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Tuesday paid tribute to revolutionary freedom fighter Khudiram Bose on his death anniversary.

Khudiram Bose was hanged by the British on August 11, 1908, at the age of 18 for his role in the freedom struggle.

In a post on X, Adityanath described Bose as a brave son of India who dedicated himself to the cause of the country’s independence at a very young age.

He said Bose’s sacrifice, courage and dedication awakened the spirit of resistance against British rule and inspired the nation.

“His sacrifice, spirit and dedication will continue to inspire every Indian to follow the path of ‘Nation First’,” the Chief Minister said.
