New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday extended his best wishes to people on the occasion of Poila Boishakh, marking the Bengali New Year.
In a message shared on X, the Prime Minister greeted citizens, saying, “Shubho Noboborsho! Best wishes on Poila Boishakh.”
Poila Boishakh is widely celebrated in West Bengal and by Bengali communities across the world, symbolising new beginnings, prosperity and cultural heritage.
