Democratic Rashtriya Party leader CK Janu has praised TVK leader Vijay, calling him a role model for the country following the party’s electoral success in Tamil Nadu.
Janu said TVK’s decision to field around 25 tribal and Dalit candidates in general constituencies was a significant political move and deserved appreciation. She noted that in Kerala, tribal communities are usually considered only in reserved constituencies.
Describing Vijay as more than just an actor, Janu said he is a humanitarian who has shown inclusive political vision through his party’s candidate selection.
She also said the success of TVK should become a subject of political study, adding that the party’s approach has opened a new discussion on representation and social inclusion in electoral politics.
