Itanagar: Vice-President C. P. Radhakrishnan on Wednesday visited Nyedar Namlo in Itanagar, a sacred place of worship and an important community centre associated with the indigenous Donyi-Polo faith.
The site holds cultural and spiritual significance for the Nyishi community and other indigenous groups of Arunachal Pradesh. During his visit, the Vice-President took part in the proceedings at the traditional place of worship and acknowledged its role in preserving the state’s indigenous traditions, culture and spiritual heritage.
