New Delhi: Vice President C. P. Radhakrishnan will undertake a two-day visit to Karnataka from June 27 to 28, 2026, during which he will participate in key public events in Bengaluru.
On June 27, the Vice President will attend the 517th birth anniversary celebrations of Nadaprabhu Sri Kempegowda, the founder of Bengaluru.
On June 28, he will participate in the Nasha Mukt Bharat Conclave, organised as part of the Foundation Day celebrations of Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS) and the observance of the International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking in Bengaluru.
The visit is expected to highlight the importance of preserving the legacy of Sri Kempegowda while reinforcing the government’s commitment to promoting a drug-free society through awareness and public engagement.
