Telangana Chief Electoral Officer C Sudharsan Reddy on Friday announced that voters categorised under ASDD have been given another opportunity to ensure their names are included in the final electoral roll.
The decision follows the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls, under which the draft voter list was published on August 17.
According to the CEO, notices were issued to the concerned electors, while the process of addressing claims and objections was completed between August 17 and November 5.
The latest opportunity is intended to give voters marked under the ASDD category another chance to establish their eligibility and secure inclusion in the final electoral roll.
