The Supreme Court has approved a relaxation of Delhi’s pollution-control measures under the Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP), downgrading from Stage IV to Stage II. This decision comes as the Air Quality Index (AQI) consistently stayed below 300 since November 30. The court advised incorporating Stage III measures as a precaution while warning of stricter actions if AQI surpasses 350-400. Authorities will continue monitoring the situation, with the next review set for next week.
