Leh: Special camps are being organised in Leh, Ladakh, on October 19 and 20 to facilitate voter enrolment and ensure that all eligible citizens are included in the electoral roll.At Polling Station No. 141 in Saboo, Booth Level Officers (BLOs) are assisting eligible voters, including young and first-time voters, in submitting Form 6 to register their names in the electoral roll for the 1-Ladakh Parliamentary Constituency.
Electors are also using the camps to apply for corrections to their existing entries in the electoral roll.
The initiative, organised under the Election Commission of India’s voter enrolment efforts, aims to make registration and correction procedures more accessible to eligible voters.
