BJP Kerala State President Rajeev Chandrasekhar has kickstarted the ambitious ‘Vikasita Kerala’ (Developed Kerala) campaign, promising a fresh developmental roadmap for the state and slamming the ruling Left Democratic Front (LDF) for what he called a “lost decade” of poor governance and economic mismanagement.
Chandrasekhar accused the LDF of pushing Kerala into a financial crisis through unsustainable borrowing and failing to meet salary and pension commitments, including those of frontline workers like ASHA employees. He credited the state’s ongoing development to central government initiatives under Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Inspired by PM Modi’s ‘Viksit Bharat’ vision, the Vikasita Kerala campaign emphasizes job creation, infrastructure growth, and economic revival. Chandrasekhar called for a political shift in Kerala, pitching the BJP as a credible alternative capable of delivering transformational governance.
The campaign will roll out statewide, engaging communities, industries, and youth to shape a collective vision for Kerala’s future.
