New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday met Her Majesty Queen Máxima of the Netherlands, who also serves as the United Nations Secretary-General’s Special Advocate for Financial Health.
During the meeting, the two leaders discussed how India’s Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) revolution has made financial services more accessible, affordable, and inclusive while improving the ease of living and empowering people on a large scale.
Sharing details of the meeting on X, Prime Minister Modi said he was delighted to meet Queen Máxima, describing her as a long-standing global advocate for financial inclusion.
The Prime Minister also reiterated India’s commitment to sharing its experience and expertise in digital public infrastructure and financial inclusion with partner countries around the world.
