New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday congratulated Indian para-athlete Shilpa Kanchugarakoppalu Shyla for winning the bronze medal in the Women’s Shot Put F57 Final at the Glasgow Commonwealth Games 2026.
Praising her outstanding performance, the Prime Minister noted that Shilpa achieved the feat with a personal best throw, making the accomplishment even more remarkable.
In a post on X, Modi lauded the athlete’s determination and dedication, describing her medal-winning effort as an inspiring achievement for the nation.
