New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday called for using technology, data, knowledge and innovation to empower people and expand opportunities, addressing the Bloomberg New Economy Forum in New Delhi.
Highlighting the changing nature of global power, Modi said its true value lay in its purpose, emphasising the need to move from competition to collaboration and from controlling opportunities to enabling others.
Describing the approach as “Power to Empower”, the Prime Minister said India’s governance and work culture reflected this philosophy. He said he would illustrate it through examples of the country’s progress.
