The National Testing Agency on Sunday said NEET-UG 2026 was conducted under strict security measures amid an investigation into alleged irregularities by the Rajasthan Special Operations Group (SOG).
The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET-UG), held on May 3, is conducted for admission to undergraduate medical courses across the country.
In a statement shared on X, the NTA said the examination process followed a comprehensive security protocol to ensure transparency and credibility.
According to the agency, question papers were transported in GPS-enabled vehicles and carried unique watermark identifiers for traceability. Examination centres across the country were also monitored through AI-assisted CCTV surveillance linked to a central control room.
The agency added that it is cooperating closely with investigating authorities in connection with the ongoing probe.
