Gold prices in Kerala witnessed an increase on today, with the price of 22-carat (916) gold reaching ₹13,180 per gram and ₹1,05,440 per sovereign (8 grams).
The price of 18-carat gold was recorded at ₹10,885 per gram, while an 8-gram sovereign was priced at ₹87,080.
Meanwhile, silver remained at ₹245 per gram, with the price of 8 grams standing at ₹1,960.
Jewellers said gold prices continue to fluctuate in line with international market trends, movements in the US dollar, and changes in global demand. Consumers planning to purchase jewellery have been advised to check the latest rates at their local jewellery outlets before making a purchase.
