Gold prices declined in Kerala on Saturday, with the rate of 916 hallmark gold falling by Rs 30 per gram.
The price of one gram of gold stands at Rs 13,965, while the rate for eight grams (one sovereign) has dropped to Rs 1,11,720.
Meanwhile, 18-carat gold is priced at Rs 11,530 per gram and Rs 92,240 for eight grams.
Silver prices remain at Rs 275 per gram and Rs 2,200 for eight grams.
