Srinagar: The BJP will launch protests across districts in Jammu and Kashmir to highlight public issues, Leader of the Opposition in the Assembly Sunil Sharma said on Saturday.
Speaking to reporters, Sharma alleged that the government had become disconnected from ordinary people, particularly the poor. He said the BJP had raised public concerns in the Assembly but accused the government of failing to address the problems faced by the poor and other sections of society.
Sharma said the party would take to the streets to raise these issues and act as the voice of the people.
