Former Odisha Chief Minister and BJD leader Naveen Patnaik on Wednesday criticised the alleged vandalism of Satyabadi block chairperson Sunil Kumar Panda’s office by BJP workers, saying that “anarchy has crossed all limits”.
The incident reportedly took place on the premises of the Satyabadi Block Development Officer’s office in Puri district, where Panda, a BJD leader, has his office. The alleged attack followed reports that Panda had compared members of the ruling BJP with dogs.
BJD leader Sanjay Kumar Das Burma alleged that BJP workers entered the office and damaged furniture. He also claimed that the police had neither registered a case nor arrested anyone in connection with the incident.
