Shillong: Vice-President C. P. Radhakrishnan on Monday attended a public reception hosted in his honour by the people and the Meghalaya government at the Soso Tham Auditorium in Shillong.
Expressing gratitude for the warm welcome, Radhakrishnan said he was deeply touched by the reception and assured the people of Meghalaya of his continued support.
He said he would stand with the people of the state in its journey towards development and progress, and work towards strengthening the bond between the people and the nation.
