Satyaki made the claim during his cross-examination by advocate Milind Pawar, who is representing Rahul Gandhi, before Special Judge Amol Shinde of the MP/MLA court in Pune on Monday.

The defamation case relates to allegations made by Rahul Gandhi concerning V D Savarkar. The court is hearing the matter as part of the ongoing criminal proceedings.
