THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Isolated heavy rainfall is likely to continue across Kerala on Tuesday, with the India Meteorological Department (IMD) issuing a Yellow Alert for all 14 districts of the state.
The IMD has warned of isolated heavy showers accompanied by strong winds of up to 60 kmph, and has advised the public to remain vigilant.
People living in hilly and landslide-prone areas have been urged to move to safer locations if necessary, as the risk of landslides remains high due to continued rainfall.
Authorities have also cautioned residents living near rivers to stay alert, as water levels are expected to rise following the heavy rains.
