Emphasizing that conservation lies at the heart of India’s cultural ethos and sustainable development vision, the Prime Minister said safeguarding wildlife is not just an environmental responsibility but a moral duty toward future generations.
Highlighting India’s notable achievements in species protection and habitat restoration, Modi pointed to the success of focused conservation initiatives for tigers, lions, elephants, and other endangered species. PM stressed the need for greater community participation, stronger conservation infrastructure, and enhanced global collaboration to address emerging ecological challenges.
