New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday outlined an ambitious roadmap for building a “Viksit Bharat” while addressing the Post-Budget Webinar on “Technology, Reforms and Finance for Viksit Bharat.”
The high-level virtual interaction, organized by the Government of India, brought together policymakers, industry captains, financial leaders, startup founders, and technology experts to deliberate on the effective implementation of key Budget proposals.
In his address, the Prime Minister emphasized that technology-driven governance, structural reforms, and a robust financial ecosystem will be the three pillars powering India’s journey toward becoming a developed nation. PM called for faster adoption of digital innovations, deeper financial inclusion, and seamless coordination between the Centre, states, and the private sector.
Highlighting India’s rapid digital transformation, Modi urged stakeholders to seize emerging opportunities in artificial intelligence, fintech, manufacturing, and green growth sectors. PM stressed that timely execution of Budget announcements is crucial to accelerate infrastructure expansion, boost entrepreneurship, and generate employment.
The Post-Budget Webinar series is aimed at converting policy intent into ground-level action, ensuring that reforms announced in the Union Budget translate into measurable outcomes for businesses and citizens alike.
