Suresh Gopi Pushes ‘Vikasit Thrissur’ Agenda Forward: Key Meetings with Three Union Ministers Secure Central Priority

In a major boost to Thrissur’s development roadmap, Union Minister Suresh Gopi held high-level discussions in Delhi with three key Union Ministers to fast-track the implementation of the ‘Vikasit Thrissur’ Manifesto. He confirmed that Thrissur’s growth projects would receive top priority from the Centre.

Suresh Gopi presented the manifesto to Finance and Corporate Affairs Minister Nirmala Sitharaman.
Her ministry’s role will be crucial in ensuring central funding for infrastructure upgrades, entrepreneurship development, and integrated growth projects across Thrissur.

During a productive meeting with Agriculture and Rural Development Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, discussions centred on strengthening rural development and boosting farmer welfare in the constituency.
Chouhan’s reassuring words—I stand with the people of Thrissur!”—provided strong encouragement for the district’s rural initiatives.

The manifesto was also submitted to Housing, Urban Affairs, and Power Minister Manohar Lal.
His support will be pivotal for modernizing urban infrastructure, securing better housing, and enhancing the power network throughout the district.

With these promising commitments, Suresh Gopi’s development mission for Thrissur has gained fresh momentum at the national level.
