New Delhi – Prime Minister Narendra Modi urged citizens across the country to renew their commitment to protecting and preserving the environment for future generations. In a heartfelt address, the Prime Minister emphasized the need for sustainable living, responsible consumption, and community-driven conservation efforts to tackle the growing climate crisis.

Highlighting India’s progress in green energy, afforestation, and biodiversity protection, Modi stated that “each individual’s actions matter” and called for a people’s movement to restore ecological balance. He also praised India’s traditional eco-friendly practices and encouraged youth participation in environmental innovation and awareness campaigns.

“Initiatives like Swachh Bharat, Namami Gange, and the push for renewable energy are part of our national mission towards sustainable development,” said the Prime Minister.

Modi also interacted with environmental activists, students, and volunteers through a virtual event and stressed the importance of planting trees, conserving water, and reducing plastic usage.

As climate change continues to impact lives and livelihoods, the Prime Minister’s call serves as a timely reminder for citizens to act responsibly and contribute meaningfully towards a cleaner, greener, and healthier planet.
