Kerala is set to welcome President Droupadi Murmu on December 3 as she arrives in Thiruvananthapuram to grace the Navy Day celebrations. Touching down at the capital’s international airport at 4:20 PM, the President will receive a ceremonial Guard of Honour, marking the beginning of her brief but significant visit.
As the chief guest of the event, President Murmu will witness an impressive lineup of naval demonstrations showcasing the strength and preparedness of the Indian Navy. The Navy has also prepared two special telefilms, which will be screened in her presence as part of the celebrations.
Following the programme, the President will proceed to Loka Bhavan for her stay. She is scheduled to depart for Delhi the next morning at 9:45 AM, concluding her official visit to the state.
