The resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan sparked sharp political reactions on Saturday, with the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) calling it “just the beginning” and claiming more resignations from the Union government would follow over alleged irregularities. The Congress described the resignation as a “victory for crores of students” across the country.
Meanwhile, the BJP countered by demanding the resignation of Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren, alleging irregularities in the Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) examinations.
