New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi has congratulated former U.S. President Donald Trump on the successful implementation of the Gaza peace plan, which aims to bring lasting stability and harmony to the conflict-torn region.
In his message, Prime Minister Modi praised the initiative as a “significant diplomatic achievement” and said that peaceful resolution through dialogue and mutual understanding is the only sustainable path toward lasting peace in the Middle East.
He commended the U.S. administration’s efforts under President Trump’s leadership in facilitating negotiations between stakeholders and creating conditions conducive to peace. Modi expressed hope that the plan would pave the way for renewed trust, cooperation, and development for the people of Gaza and the broader region.
Reaffirming India’s support for global peace initiatives, the Prime Minister stated that India has always stood for dialogue, stability, and respect for sovereignty in international relations. He added that India remains committed to supporting all genuine efforts aimed at ending violence and ensuring security and prosperity for all affected communities.
