MATHURA: Nine people, including four men and five women, were arrested for alleged involvement in a flesh trade racket in Mathura. Police said the arrests were made during a raid at a roadside dhaba in the Chhata area along the Delhi-Agra National Highway.
Acting on a tip-off, officials found the accused in compromising situations inside rooms built in the basement of the eatery. Circle Officer Bhushan Verma said several QR codes and other incriminating materials were also recovered from the spot. Police have registered a case and further investigation is underway.
