Hyderabad: The 72nd Miss World pageant kicks off today in Hyderabad, transforming the Gachibowli Stadium into a global stage of glamour, talent, and cultural celebration. The event unfolds under tight security measures amid heightened tensions along the India-Pakistan border.

Returning to India for the second consecutive year, Miss World 2025 has drawn 115 contestants from around the world, all set to compete for the coveted crown. Nandini Gupta from Rajasthan proudly represents India, hoping to bring the title home.

The pageant officially starts at 6 PM, with elaborate arrangements in place to ensure a secure and spectacular experience for participants and guests alike. The grand finale is scheduled for May 31 at the HITEX Exhibition Center (HICC).
