Thiruvananthapuram: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast thunderstorms with rain in isolated parts of Kerala from today through Thursday.
Officials have warned that thunderstorms can endanger lives, harm livestock, and disrupt power and communication systems. Household electrical appliances connected to power lines are also at risk of damage.
The State Disaster Management Authority has urged residents to remain vigilant and strictly follow safety guidelines to avoid untoward incidents.
