New Delhi: In a powerful response to the Pahalgam terror attack, India launched Operation Sindoor, a precision joint military strike that obliterated nine terror camps in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir and beyond. The operation, carried out 15 days after the deadly attack in Jammu and Kashmir, underscores India’s zero-tolerance stance on cross-border terrorism.
Launching at 1:44 a.m., the Indian forces targeted key locations including Bahawalpur, Muzaffarabad, Kotli, and Muridke. Missile strikes rained down on five critical sites, leaving significant damage. Pakistan’s military has acknowledged the assault, reporting three fatalities and 12 injuries, and confirming 24 strikes across six areas.
“Justice has been delivered,” the Indian Army declared in a strong message on social media. Echoing the national sentiment, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh saluted the operation with a resounding “Bharat Mata Ki Jai.”
