New Delhi: India is continuing efforts to ensure the supply of life-saving medicines to Iran despite disruptions to air connectivity caused by the ongoing conflict in West Asia, the Ministry of External Affairs said on Friday.
MEA spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal said the regional conflict had created fresh challenges for flights between the two countries. He reaffirmed India’s commitment to facilitating the transportation of essential medicines to Iran amid reports of Iranian aircraft being denied access to Indian airspace.
