Gold prices witnessed a slight decline today, while silver prices showed a marginal increase, according to the latest market update.
The price of 22-carat gold (916) is now ₹13,835 per gram, with 8 grams priced at ₹1,10,680. Meanwhile, 18-carat gold is being sold at ₹11,425 per gram and ₹91,400 for 8 grams.
In contrast, silver prices have inched up, with 1 gram priced at ₹265 and 8 grams at ₹2,120.
Market observers note that gold prices have softened compared to previous days, whereas silver has shown a mild upward trend.
