Thiruvananthapuram: Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) Kerala has announced the successful deployment of 5,000 indigenous 4G sites across the state, marking a major milestone in its network expansion efforts. This initiative is part of BSNL’s nationwide rollout of homegrown 4G technology to enhance connectivity and improve service quality.
The deployment, achieved using Indian-made telecom equipment, is expected to provide better coverage, faster data speeds, and improved call quality for BSNL users. Officials stated that the move aligns with the government’s “Make in India” vision and aims to strengthen India’s telecom infrastructure.
BSNL Kerala has also assured customers that further expansion is on the way, with more 4G sites set to be activated in the coming months.
