Shornur Four sanitation workers were killed this afternoon when the Kerala Express train knocked them at rail tracks here .
They were removing garbage and waste from the tracks e when the accident occurred .The deceased hailed from Tamil Nadu and two men and two women , railway sources said.
Three bodies were recovered and identified as Lakshman, Vally and Rany, the sources said. They were removed to Palakkad Government hospital.
The search for the fourth body was continuing in the nearby river, the railway sources added. Further details were awaited.
