Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday renewed his challenge to Prime Minister Narendra Modi for an open debate, claiming that he could establish within five minutes that the prime minister was a traitor. The remarks drew a sharp response from Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman.
In a post on social media platform X, Rahul Gandhi invited Modi to participate in a debate on NDTV, alleging that the platform and the choice of moderator could be decided by the prime minister. He also referred to industrialist Gautam Adani and RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat while making the challenge.
