Gold prices registered a marginal decline on Saturday, bringing some relief to jewellery buyers. The price of 22-carat (916) gold fell by ₹25 per gram compared to the previous trading session.
Following the revision, 22-carat gold is priced at ₹13,450 per gram, while the rate for eight grams stands at ₹1,07,600.
The price of 18-carat gold has been fixed at ₹11,110 per gram and ₹88,880 for eight grams.
Meanwhile, silver prices remained unchanged, with the metal trading at ₹250 per gram and ₹2,000 for eight grams.
Jewellery traders said gold prices continue to fluctuate in line with global market trends and changes in international bullion prices, while buyers are closely monitoring the market for further movements.
