Five Judges Appointed to Supreme Court

The Union Law Ministry on Monday announced the appointment of five judges to the Supreme Court, strengthening the strength of the country’s highest judicial body.

According to notifications issued by the ministry, the newly appointed judges are Venkita Subramani Mohana, Shree Chandrashekhar, Sheel Nagu, Sanjeev Sachdeva and Arun Palli.

The appointments were formally notified by the Law Ministry on Monday morning following the completion of the required approval process.

With these appointments, the Supreme Court is expected to further strengthen its judicial capacity in handling a growing number of cases and constitutional matters.
