New Delhi: Narendra Modi has urged the people of Kerala to vote in large numbers in the upcoming 2026 Assembly elections, stating that higher participation will strengthen the state’s democratic spirit.
In a message shared on X, the Prime Minister said that record voter turnout would add vigour to democracy. He also made a special appeal to youth and women to come forward and actively take part in the electoral process.Modi extended a similar call to voters in Assam, encouraging citizens in poll-bound states to exercise their franchise and contribute to a stronger democracy.
